DMCA Takedown Notice

Your physical or electronic signature.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to:

We will review the notice and take appropriate action in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that the content identified in a DMCA takedown notice was removed in error or due to a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice must include the following information:

3.1 Identification of the Removed Material
Provide a description of the material that was removed and the location on the Site where it previously appeared.

3.2 Statement of Good Faith
Include a statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

3.3 Contact Information
Include your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

3.4 Statement of Authority
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the user who posted the material.

3.5 Signature
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original copyright holder files a lawsuit.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, ElementKits will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If you believe a user has violated your copyright multiple times, please contact us with detailed information.
