At ElementKits, we offer select items under a Premium category, available through subscription plans. These Premium items are offered with specific terms and conditions that differentiate them from regular items. By accessing or purchasing Premium items, you agree to the following terms.

1. Accessing Premium Items

1.1 Subscription Requirement Premium items are available only to users with an active subscription plan. You must have a valid subscription to access and download Premium items during the subscription period.

1.2 Subscription Plan The number of Premium items you can download and access will depend on the specific subscription plan you’ve chosen. The details of each plan, including the number of items and duration of access, will be outlined on the subscription page.

1.3 Limited Access Upon Subscription Expiry Once your subscription expires or is canceled, you will lose access to any Premium items that were not previously downloaded. However, items downloaded during the active subscription period can still be used within the limits of the Regular or Extended License granted at the time of download.

2. Usage Rights for Premium Items

2.1 License Scope Premium items are subject to the same Regular or Extended License terms, as applicable, but with additional limitations related to subscription access. You can use Premium items in your personal or commercial projects, provided you remain compliant with the license type selected.

2.2 No Redistribution or Reselling You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell Premium items as standalone products or as part of any other product or bundle, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page.

2.3 No Modifications for Resale You may not modify Premium items for resale or distribution unless otherwise stated on the product page. Premium items are meant for end-user use only in the context of projects you are working on.

3. Premium Support for Premium Items

3.1 No Personalized Support Premium items under subscription are primarily self-service (DIY). While we provide general support through our Telegram channel, personalized or custom support (such as troubleshooting, product customization, or project-specific assistance) is not included with Premium items.

3.2 General Inquiries You may contact us for any general inquiries about accessing Premium items or resolving issues related to downloading. However, if you require in-depth assistance with customization or troubleshooting, this will fall outside the scope of the Premium product offering.

4. Refund Policy for Premium Items

4.1 Refunds for Premium Items Refunds are only available for Premium items under our standard Refund Policy. Please note that refunds will be issued to your ElementKits Wallet for future purchases and are subject to the conditions specified in our Refund Policy.

4.2 Subscription Cancellation If you cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for the remaining period of the subscription. However, you can continue accessing and downloading Premium items until the end of your subscription term.

5. Premium Item Updates

5.1 Access to Updates During the active subscription period, you will have access to updates for Premium items. Once the subscription expires or is canceled, you will lose access to future updates unless you renew your subscription.

6. Termination of Access

6.1 Violation of Terms If you fail to comply with the terms outlined for Premium items, including redistribution, modification, or misuse, ElementKits reserves the right to terminate your access to Premium items, revoke your license, and take further action as necessary.

7. Changes to Premium Item Terms

7.1 Modifications to Terms ElementKits reserves the right to update or modify these Premium Item Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Please check back periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.
