2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Listings
The products available on ElementKits include web themes, templates, graphic designs, print templates, addons, and bundles. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change any product offering without notice.

2.2 Product Licenses
We offer two types of licenses for our products:

• Regular License: Allows use in a single personal or commercial project.
• Extended License: Grants additional flexibility for larger projects or use across multiple instances.

2.3 Pricing and Payments
All product prices are listed in US dollars or the applicable currency. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via our payment processors.

2.4 Wallet Feature
ElementKits provides a Wallet feature to facilitate easy payments for future purchases. Wallet balances are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be withdrawn. Refunds are credited to your Wallet balance, not to your original payment method.

3. Account and Security

3.1 Account Registration
To make purchases or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your login credentials confidential.

3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. ElementKits is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be issued to your Wallet balance and not to your payment method. Refunds are subject to review and approval by our team.

4.2 Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued if:

• The product has been used in a live or production environment.
• The product has been modified or altered in any way.
• The request is made beyond the 14-day window.

5. Support

5.1 Support Periods
ElementKits offers different levels of support for certain products:

• 7 days of free support: Included with your purchase of eligible products.
• 1-month premium support: Available for an additional fee.
• 3-month premium support: Available for an additional fee.

Support is only available for products that explicitly include it. The scope of support includes assistance with installation, bug fixes, and usage questions. Custom development and design requests are not included.

5.2 Ticket and Telegram Support
We offer two methods for support:

• Ticket Support: Submit a ticket through our support system for detailed assistance.
• Telegram Support: Join our Telegram group t.me/elementsdev for quick inquiries and troubleshooting.

Support may not be available on public holidays, weekends, or outside of our normal business hours.

6. License and Use Restrictions

6.1 Personal and Commercial Use
Products purchased from ElementKits may be used for personal or commercial projects according to the type of license purchased (Regular or Extended).

6.2 Prohibited Uses
You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any of our products.
• Use the products in any illegal or harmful activities.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any product.

6.3 Ownership
All products provided on ElementKits remain the intellectual property of Element Studio Philippines. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited license to use the product as specified under the applicable license terms.

7. User Content

7.1 User-Generated Content
Any content you upload, post, or submit to the Site (including but not limited to comments, feedback, or reviews) is considered "User Content." By submitting User Content, you grant ElementKits a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute the content for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes.
